HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A block of rooms is being held by CRC at the rate of $219 per night-(Corporate or Government).  Please call 1-800-EMBASSY to make your reservation and identify yourself as being with the “CRC Aviation Committee, Group Code: CRE”.  Be sure to make your reservations as early as possible since a limited number of rooms are available.  Reservations will be made on a “first come, first served basis.”   THE ROOM BLOCK WILL BE RELEASED ON APRIL 1, 2010Reservations made after that date are on a space-available basis at current rates.  

REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee to attend the CRC Aviation meetings is US $325.  There is an additional $50 fee for extra dinner cruise tickets for non registered guests.  Payment can be made by check payable to CRC, or by credit card using American Express, MasterCard or VisaPlease note your complete plans on the Registration Form, so we can guarantee the appropriate number of people for all functions.  The registration fee includes conference material and breaks beginning Monday afternoon through Thursday, the dinner cruise on Tuesday evening, and receptions on Monday and Wednesday evenings.  Continental breakfast is not included, since a full breakfast is included in the Embassy Suites overnight rate.

LOCATION:
The Embassy Suites Alexandria-Old Town is located in the historic area of Alexandria, VA.  The hotel is directly across the street from the King Street Metro Station (Blue/Yellow/Amtrak/Virginia Rail Express) and providing convenient accessibility to all Washington DC area attractions.

The current daily hotel parking charge for overnight guests is $24; this rate is subject to change.  The daily Internet access fee is $12.95.
Taxis to and from Ronald Reagan National airport are available for ~$10 each way. 

MEETING SCHEDULE:
The meetings will begin on Monday afternoon, May 3, and continue through Thursday afternoon, May 6.  A preliminary agenda is posted at www.crcao.org and is subject to change.  Please continue to check the CRC website for updates to the schedule.

DINNER AND RECEPTIONS:
Join the group for an Evening Dinner Cruise aboard Nina’s Dandy on Tuesday evening, May 4.  Attendees will leave the hotel Tuesday at 5:45 PM and walk as a group down King Street to the dock.  We will board from 6:00-6:25 PM; the boat will leave the dock at 6:30 PM and return at 9:30 PM.  We will enjoy drinks and a five-course candlelight surf and turf dinner while cruising the Potomac towards Georgetown and other local sites.  Dancing will also be available after dinner.  Visit www.dandydinnerboat.com  for further details.  The dress for the dinner cruise is Business/Dressy Casual (no jeans or tennis shoes allowed).  Dinner will be inside, but please bring a jacket for viewing the sites from the upper deck.

Receptions will be held at the hotel on Monday and Wednesday evenings for attendees and guests.
